TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BOOKING CONDITIONS
The price is for accommodation only and is on a per unit basis. All of the accommodation is at the tekni art centre or in the village of Lemona.
DEPOSIT
A £100 deposit is required to confirm a booking. We will hold bookings by phone, fax or email () for up to 10 days. This is only refundable if your holiday is unavailable or we have to cancel the holiday. Customers please pay by sterling cheque made payable to Tekni Art.
PAYMENT
Payment of the balance is required 8 weeks before the holiday start date. Your money is held in a Trust Account and released to tekni art on completion of the holiday. This complies with the EC Package Travel Directive 1992 to protect your funds. Provided there is space, bookings can be accepted until the date of departure, but for bookings within eight weeks of departure, immediate payment in full is required. Payment from abroad can be made by banker’s draft in £ sterling drawn on a UK clearing bank (and by personal cheques). We provide a seven-day money back guarantee. If you cancel in writing within seven days of booking, we will give you a full refund. This does not apply to bookings received less than eight weeks before departure

CANCELLATION
If any person named on the booking form wishes to cancel their holiday reservation, the person who made the original booking must inform the company of the cancellation in writing. No refunds can be made once participants are in their place of destination.
For cancellations received 56 days before a holiday commences, only your deposit is forfeited. For cancellations 56 to 29 days before: 50% of the accommodation cost; 28 to 15 days before: 25% of the accommodation cost;14 days to 1 day before: no refund.
DESCRIPTIONS
All information included in our advertising is correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. However, due to situations outside our control, some of the amenities described may become temporarily or permanently unavailable.
Alternative arrangements are offered to the best of our ability but, if not taken up, we do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred, including airfare. We do not accept liability for any costs incurred as a result of any of the following: Cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems with transport, or other events beyond our control; participants’ medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the holiday; loss of, or damage to, personal property.

We recommend that you take out insurance to cover cancellation, personal accident, illness or loss of possessions. Please make sure that your policy covers the activities to be undertaken. tekni art cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to your baggage, or for illness or injury, nor public liability for any holiday arranged by us.
FLIGHTS
tekni art does not sell flights. It merely advises customers to book through ATOLL bonded companies. It does not, therefore, accept responsibility for costs incurred due to delay or cancellation of these flights, or loss of/damage to baggage, and it cannot refund fees.
PETS
Due to farming and wildlife considerations, we regret that we cannot accommodate dogs and pets.
COMPLAINTS
Please let us know of any complaints straight away, or at the latest within 24 hours, in order that steps can be taken to rectify the problem
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
We assume that all visitors have a reasonable level of good health to be able to enjoy our holidays but it is advisable to inform us of any medical condition that may affect you whilst taking part in our holidays.
DISABILITIES
Unfortunately tekni art is not totally wheelchair accessible. Please do not hesitate to contact us for information and to discuss your requirements.
